My therapy style is warm and welcoming. I believe in treating people with respect and compassion, and providing a safe space to listen to clients express their thoughts and feelings. My approach is strength-based and combines existential-humanistic therapy, and transpersonal therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. I tailor our interactions and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I specialize in dream analysis and lucid dreaming therapy. Therapy activities involve you journaling about your thoughts and feelings between sessions, and us discussing what you wrote and the meanings you make out of it. Additionally, I will send you articles on topics of interest that we discuss.

The first session will involve us getting to know each other. I will ask you questions about what brings you to therapy and your goals, and you can also ask me questions. Successful therapy with my clients involves me working with them to find solutions. Successful outcomes also involve clients being consistent in working towards their goals, having a positive attitude, striving to be the best people they can be, and experiencing increased well-being.

My clients are motivated and strive for personal growth. I work with clients to get in touch with their inner strengths and wisdom when facing challenges. I facilitate their thoughts and ideas emerging, and help them manifest goals. My goal is to assist you to reflect on what you truly want out of life and follow your dreams.

-Dream journaling
-Dream analysis
-Training on lucid dreaming
